The successful applicant will have experience with mortgage lending, sales, finance, real estate or similar and a proven track record of success. Qualifications:

ï‚·2-4 years work experience in finance, real estate, sales, or other relevant fields

Bachelors degree preferred

Must meet National and State licensing requirements (SAFE MLO Exam)

Responsibilities:

ï‚·ï‚·Analyze asset, income, credit, liability, and other relevant financial documentation from clients in order to implement the best mortgage solution available

Consult with clients about current and future real estate/mortgage needs to help achieve their long-term financial goals

Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, financial advisors, and the community at large

Explain varying loan products, the buying or refinancing process, and lending guidelines to clients

Travel to various real estate events and conferences in order to grow the business and obtain new clients

Maintain a strong grasp on the current financial and real estate markets, interest rates and regulatory landscape in order to properly advise clients
